By accessing, using, or subscribing to Wiretap, you agree that you have read and understood these Terms of Service and agree to abide by them. To sign up and use the App or any of our Services, UK and EU citizens must be at least 16 years old and completely willing and eligible to enter into the terms and conditions specified in this agreement.
Wiretap allows you to get comprehensive data about a particular number’s last seen time and chat usage on messengers. The Services are provided on a pre-paid basis, and you can purchase them via PayPal.

Wiretap offers a Weekly Subscription intended for personal and non-commercial use only. You may not provide access to your subscription to any individuals or legal entities.
The App can be downloaded and installed on an unlimited number of devices.
Your subscription will automatically renew after the initial term until you cancel. The subscription will renew at the current rate for a period equal to the initial term.
We may change the price of the subscription and other terms of this agreement at any time without notifying you beforehand. All such changes become effective upon being posted here and on the App.

Anyone who accesses Wiretap agrees to use the App for legal purposes only, including parental control and ethical enterprise monitoring. You cannot use Wiretap in an unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent manner.
By signing up and using our Services, you confirm that you are 16 years or older. Wiretap is not designed for children under 16.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your user account. You should take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your user account and any damage caused by such unauthorized access.
You agree to notify Wiretap immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account or any other known or suspected security breach.
Your privacy is our priority. We encourage you to carefully read our full `Privacy Policy` to learn more about how we store and handle your data and the choices you have regarding our use of your personal information. Please note that we may, however, be exposed to your chats, but we never store or in any way use this information and shall not be liable to you regarding those mentioned above.
Wiretap neither collects nor uses any data from the user’s WhatsApp account for any purposes other than ensuring the software’s proper functioning. If you decide to use Wiretap, you agree to grant permission to access your WhatsApp account for the software to function correctly. You understand that the software may have access to the data associated with your WhatsApp account but does not collect or use this information for any other purpose.
Wiretap services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, meaning that we make no promises or warranties of any kind regarding the use or the results of the use of our Service. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or expectations or that it will at all times be accurate, secure, reliable, uninterrupted, or error-free.
You agree to indemnify and hold Wiretap, its affiliates, partners, directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs, and any other liabilities, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or your use or misuse of the App.
We may make changes to these Terms of Service from time to time without prior notice. Any changes become effective once they are posted on this page. Please check these Terms regularly to be aware of the latest updates.
